The university of Milano-Bicocca has its origins from the splitting of the UNIVERSITY OF MILAN overcrowded from the 90's.Estabilished from 1988 it was ranked by Times Higher Education ranking of the best 100 universities under 50 years old as number 21 worldwide.The UNIMIB is the acronymous of University of Milano Bicocca.The Bicocca is the block of the city where the university is located.
