On the 26th Decemeber  1476,The Lord of Milan GALEAZZO MARIA SFORZA (fermo 1444-milano 1476),fell victim to a plot.His wife BONA DI SAVOIA (avigliana 1449-fossano 1503),move to the safest place within the castle and further it fortify it with the addiction of a tall tower.
